At The Gourmet Box we work with made-to-order production to guarantee maximum freshness. We manage shipments to all 27 EU countries from Madrid, Spain.

1. Where we ship

We ship to all 27 EU countries. As we operate within the EU, there are no customs procedures or additional duty costs.

We cover mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, as well as Western, Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe.

2. Made-to-order production

Each box is prepared specifically for your order. This guarantees maximum freshness of perishable products (ham, cheese, preserves) and allows full customisation of content and branding.

Once your order and proposal are confirmed, production begins immediately.

3. Delivery times

Production and delivery times are communicated personally in each proposal, as they depend on several factors: order volume, destination countries, level of customisation (logo, cards, bespoke packaging) and time of year.

For urgent orders or those with hard deadlines (events, product launches, Christmas), let us know in the form and we will prioritise your proposal.

4. Multi-destination shipments

For companies with employees or clients in different cities or countries, we manage individual shipments from a single order and a single invoice. Each recipient receives their box directly, with a personalised card if you wish.

5. Event and seasonal coordination

We regularly work on Christmas and year-end campaigns, employee onboarding (welcome packs), product launches, corporate events, company anniversaries and recognition programmes.

For seasonal campaigns such as Christmas, we recommend contacting us well in advance to secure availability and lead times.

6. Packaging and preservation

Boxes are shipped in protective packaging designed for gourmet products, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Perishable products such as ham and cheese are vacuum-packed to maintain quality during transport.

The outer box is 100% recyclable.

7. Shipment tracking

Every order includes individual tracking. For multi-destination orders, we provide a complete list with tracking for each recipient.

8. Shipping costs

Shipping terms are specified in each personalised proposal according to volume and destinations. For large volume orders, shipping is usually included in the proposal.

9. Shipping incidents

If a shipment has any issue (delay, damage, loss), we handle the claim directly with the courier and resolve it within a maximum of 10 business days. More details in our Returns Policy.
