Product and content

What does a Gourmet Box contain?

Each box includes a selection of premium Spanish products: Iberian ham, extra virgin olive oil, aged cheese, artisan charcuterie, preserves and wine. Content is adapted to each proposal according to budget and volume.

Can I customise the content?

Yes. We work with three lines (Classic, Premium, Signature) as a starting point, but we adapt the content to your brand, budget and preferences. Available from 5 units.

Do products carry quality certifications?

Yes. We work with producers who hold Denomination of Origin (D.O./PDO), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and other recognised quality certifications for Iberian ham, wines, oils and cheeses.

Do you offer gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan products?

Yes. We adapt boxes to dietary restrictions. Let us know when requesting your proposal.

How long do products last?

Vacuum-packed products (ham, cheese) keep for 3 to 6 months unopened at room temperature. Preserves and oils: 12-24 months.

Customisation and branding

Can I add my company logo to the box?

Yes. We offer logo silkscreening, personalised corporate cards and complete branding options. Available from 5 units.

Can I include a personalised card or message?

Yes. Each box can include a corporate card with your message. For large orders we offer individual cards per recipient.

Do you offer fully branded (white-label) boxes?

Yes, for volumes from 50 units. We can design exclusive packaging with your visual identity.

Can I select products one by one?

For small volumes we work with our standard lines. For 50+ boxes we offer fully personalised product-by-product selection.

Can I receive samples before placing a large order?

Yes. For potential orders of 50+ boxes we provide samples to validate content and quality.

Orders and proposals

What is the minimum order?

5 boxes for full customisation. For smaller volumes we recommend our Amazon store (1-4 units).

How do I request a proposal?

Fill in the contact form on our website indicating approximate volume, destination countries and timing. We send a personalised proposal within 24 business hours.

How long does the proposal take?

Less than 24 business hours. If your request is urgent, indicate it in the form.

Can I request several proposals with different options?

Yes. We can send you 2-3 alternatives with different contents and prices so you can choose the best fit.

Do you work with agencies and event companies?

Yes. We have specific terms for agencies, event companies and consultancies managing gifts for their clients.

Shipping and logistics

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all 27 EU countries. No customs procedures within the EU.

How long does shipping take?

Production and delivery times are communicated in each personalised proposal based on destination, volume and season. We work with made-to-order production.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. We manage multi-destination shipments to employees, clients or offices in different countries from a single order.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping terms are specified in each proposal according to volume and destinations. For large orders, shipping is usually included.

What is the deadline for Christmas delivery?

To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend confirming orders well in advance. Exact dates are communicated in each season's proposal.

Payment, invoicing and company

How is invoicing handled?

We issue invoices to your company name with all required tax details. We trade as TENAS PARTNERS SL (Spanish VAT B01927037).

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and other methods depending on volume. For recurring orders we can agree on specific terms.

Does VAT apply?

Yes, in line with EU tax rules. For companies with a valid intra-Community VAT number outside Spain, the reverse charge mechanism applies.

Can I pay on 30-day terms?

For enterprise orders (100+ units) and recurring clients, we can agree on 30-day payment terms.
